About the role:
This role oversees data management, school reporting, statutory returns, exam processes, timetable creation and the maintenance of an effective data and information system.

We're looking for a dedicated candidate to:

  • Manage data analysis, reporting and tracking across all year groups
  • Lead statutory reporting and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Support senior leaders with data insights to improve achievement
  • Manage SIMS and third party data systems
  • Oversee exams administration and provide analysis of results
  • Lead on GDPR and data protection processes
  • Produce engagement and attainment trackers

Requirements -
The ideal candidate would have:

  • Strong experience in school data systems including SIMS
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting for pupil progress
  • Understanding of statutory requirements for exams and returns
  • Ability to support senior leaders with data interpretation
  • Experience managing GDPR processes
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
